2 The Point was set up to focus on what businesses really need….delivering change, but with a difference. With many years experience in a variety of sectors and senior HR roles including Retail, Higher Education and Media, I have developed a real insight into making change ‘stick’ through applying well honed skills in understanding people, language, cultural norms and behaviours that are the foundation of any change programme. A strategist as well as a ‘hands-on’ operator, I’m a Fellow of the CIPD, a member of the IOD, an accredited Executive Coach and member of the AOC. I’ve also got an MSc in Organisational Psychology.
Different projects require different skills and expertise and I have access to a very strong network of Associates who I partner with, as and when required.
